I offer a calm safe and welcoming space where you can simply be as you are, without having to fit what’s expected or considered normal. Whatever you bring is welcome, and there’s no pressure to explain or perform. You’re accepted fully, just as you are.
Holding a gentle space
You may be navigating anxious thoughts, low mood, chronic pain or fatigue, or feel like life is just too much. This is a space where it’s safe to express yourself, where there’s room for any feeling, and every part of you is welcome.


How we can work together
Sessions are gentle and open, shaped around what you would like support with. You can choose to have sessions in person in Stroud, online or by phone, at a time and day that suits you.
