My Approach

Main image

I believe in counselling as an important aspect of reconnection, healing and support. It is somewhere to feel understood, to learn about different parts of yourself and have space to share outside of everyday life. You may not fully know what you need, and that’s OK, it’s often part of the process.

I appreciate how difficult it can be to look inwards and start thinking about how you feel about yourself and the world. I will respect your pace and know that it’s your story and your path. I believe you can find the answers you need within yourself, and my role is to help you explore and connect more with your life and what works best for you.

This space may be a good fit for those looking to feel more understood and supported in everyday life. I also have experience working with people who are highly sensitive, neurodivergent, and those living with chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia and ME.
