My Approach

My Approach

I believe that talking through our experiences can help us gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and our relationships, and that counselling can support us to feel more at home within ourselves. My approach is guided by care, curiosity, encouragement, and respect.

My focus is on how you are in our sessions, using my experience and training to support and guide our conversations. I believe you can find the answers you need within yourself, and my role is to help you explore and connect more with your life and what works best for you.

This space may be a good fit for those looking to feel more understood and supported in everyday life. I also have experience working with people who are highly sensitive, neurodivergent, and those living with chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia and ME.
