How I Work

I offer a space to gently step away from everyday life, with support, kindness, and curiosity, where you are accepted as you are. I will support you to feel safe to explore your feelings and experiences, especially if you have felt misunderstood or not fully accepted elsewhere.
I draw on person-centred and psychodynamic ideas alongside CBT and coaching techniques, though these are tools rather than the focus. I believe with support and encouragement, you are able to find the answers you need within yourself.
This space may resonate especially with people who experience heightened sensitivity and empathy, are neurodivergent, or are living with chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia, ME, or long COVID.
Qualifications & Membership
- Foundation Degree in Therapeutic Counselling
- Certification in Health and Wellbeing Coaching
- Member of BACP (British Associate of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) – and work within their ethical framework
